About Ciminelli's. Family-Owned Italian in Bethpage Since 1987.

Nearly four decades of handmade pasta, hand-stretched dough, and a dining room that feels like someone's house, because in a lot of ways, it is.

Family-Owned.
Bethpage's Best Since '87.

Ciminelli's opened its doors on Central Avenue in 1987 with one mission: cook Italian food the way it was meant to be made, by hand, with care, and without shortcuts. Nearly forty years later, that hasn't changed.

Our kitchen runs on tradition. Every sauce starts from scratch each morning. Every dough is hand-stretched to order. The menu is built around what tastes right, not what's cheapest or fastest.

We have professional staff who actually know the menu, and we've built a following in Bethpage and across Long Island because regulars keep coming back, and they keep bringing people with them.

We're proud to be a neighborhood anchor for the Bethpage and Farmingdale community, and for families across Levittown, Plainview, Hicksville, and the rest of central Nassau County. The kind of place where locals pick up a pie on a Tuesday and book their anniversary dinner on a Saturday.

What Makes Ciminelli's Different

It isn't one thing. It's the whole kitchen.

Family-Owned

No corporate ownership. No franchise playbook. The same family has run this kitchen since day one, and it shows in the food.

From Scratch, Daily

Sauces started every morning. Dough hand-stretched to order. No jars, no pre-portioned bags. Just the real thing.

Real Hospitality

Staff who actually know the menu. Tables held for regulars. The kind of room where the second visit feels like the tenth.

Rooted in Bethpage

427 Central Avenue since 1987. We know our neighborhood, we know our regulars, and we take both seriously.
